A quiet, sleepy and authentic little village without a whiff of kiss-me-quick and yet you are a short distance from the wild, crashing sea. John and Stephanie have thought of everything to make you happy – not surprising as this was their home first! Enter to an elegant courtyard with a good-sized pool, plenty of loungers and seats, pots erupting with colourful plants, a garage stuffed with bicycles, boogie boards, golf clubs and BBQ. Runners and cyclists can press go from the door and not come back for miles (or use the gym and sauna indoors), lazy lumps have a comfortable sitting room with plenty of squishy sofas, candles everywhere, a good sound system, TV, and a wood-burning stove (logs on the house). Cook up a storm in the snazzy kitchen with lots of basics left for you, eat at a table under a huge candle-lit Moroccan lamp, sneak off to a spare study for a quiet read. Wander the pretty garden with its well-established trees and shrubs, walk to the village for restaurants or shops, sleep soundly in gorgeous bedrooms with fat mattresses, crisp white cotton on the beds and bathrooms with super tiling. Generous.
