Bonne Nuit Paris

Bed & Breakfast

A B&B full of personality (beautiful old bedrooms, home-produced honey) in the boho Marais, run by charming, chatty, informative Jean-Luc

4 rooms

Rooms sleep 2 - 3

Absolute Paris, 300-year-old timbers, crazy wonky stairs and modern comforts, independent rooms and a warm welcome, little streets, friendly markets: it’s real privilege. Charming, intelligent Jean-Luc serves his honey, Denise’s jams and fresh bread in their generous, rambling living room upstairs. To each room, be it ground or first floor, a colourful shower, a lot of quirk (the last word in creative basins), an appealing mix of antique woodwork and modern prints, and a sense of seclusion. Simplicity, panache and personality, attention and service: these are the hallmarks. No communal space, but a lovely peaceful courtyard.

We stayed at Jean Luc's bed and breakfast in the Marais for three nights in early November 2014. Jean Luc was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The room was comfortable, nicely furnished and quiet. The Marais is a great place to stay in Paris, with lots of things to do there, including visiting the newly re-opened Picasso Museum. And we ate well at local restaurants, all on Jean Luc's recommendations. In short, we cannot recommend Bonne Nuit Paris highly enough.
