Le Relais du Peyloubet

Grasse, Alpes-Maritimes
Bed & Breakfast

Views from olive-hugged terrace, pool, boules court and summer kitchen soar over the Alpes-Maritimes – hot, gorgeous and blissfully calm

5 rooms

Rooms sleep 2 – 4

A hint of Tuscany seeps through this ancient farmhouse, its shutters and terracotta tiles, standing on a hillside wrapped in olive groves. Once growing flowers for Grasse perfumers, its delicious terraces and orchards are now tended by Roby while Xavier, a pâtissier, whisks up the fabulous breakfasts. Dinners are do-it-yourself in the summer kitchen overlooking the peaceful hills. Beamed and parquet-floored bedrooms, all with private terraces, are furnished in country Provençal style. There are shady seats in the woods, glorious views, boules, pool, and the coast 20 minutes. Blissfully calm, easy and welcoming.

Beautful setting and delightful hosts - very charming and helpful, full of information about places to visit. Lovely breakfasts - homemade jams and pastries

Another great find through sawdays. Spent a blissful sun filled 5 days at this charming property, exploring the surrounding area in the mountains and on the coast( a hire car is a definite) as no where is within walking distance. Our hosts were lovely, simple but delicious continental breakfast served in the summer kitchen on the terrace, and the option to use the facilities, cooker, BBQ, fridge to make your own meals thereafter. Very reasonably priced for its location, simply furnished but clean, would return to explore more of the beautiful area.

A most wonderful stay at this place. A warm welcome with drinks after we had settled in made us feel welcome and at ease. Xavier and Roby are friendly and caring. The breakfasts were excellent and the advice and extra information and hand drawn maps about the villages to visit near Grasse were special and such a delight to visit. We can recommend this place for a relaxing and peaceful time.

Had the most wonderful stay at Le Relais du Peyloubet at the beginning of June. We were made so welcome by Zavier and Robbie, nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely room with a spacious balcony where we could enjoy the sun and the amazing views. The setting is beautiful and tranquil, each morning we sat on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and were served a delicious breakfast by our hosts and enjoyed the wonderful surroundings and scenery - what more could we wish for...
