The
Experience

Ceramic masks on the façade of this charming Norman B&B greet you with a smile. Delightful Anne and convivial Andrea have transformed this half-timbered longère into a peaceful rural retreat. Ancient beams remain in some cosy bedrooms, offset by white walls and colourful bed linen, but creatively tiled en-suites are supremely modern and views soar over the big, lawned, garden. Huddle around the open fire in a sitting room furnished with antiques and comfy sofas. Feast on hearty breakfasts of fresh bread, local cheese and Sicilian pastries. Sandy beaches are close – you can borrow the family’s beach hut at Blonville!

Reviews

Anne and Andrea were wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfasts were marvellous with Andrea coming with Italian hams and cheeses which were delicious. Anne's English is great and if you are stuck, she looks up the words on her App. They recommended some lovely places, amongst them beautiful gardens, the cider route and a wonderful pretty village. The room we had was very comfortable and it was a really great 3-day break for us before going on to visit our niece in Lion-sur-Mer.
