Moulin de Marsaguet

Coussac Bonneval, Haute-Vienne
Bed & Breakfast

Relaxed and natural with ducks, teenagers and animals. Potager veg and hams hang over the magnificent hearth and there's a boat on the lake

The nicest people, they have done just enough to this proud old building so it looks as it did 200 years ago when it forged cannon balls. The farm is relaxed and natural, the bedrooms quaint, they have ducks and animals (including Lusitanian horses), three teenagers and a super potager, and make pâtés and ‘confits’ by the great mill pond, hanging the hams over the magnificent hearth in their big stone sitting room with its old-fashioned sofa. Relish the drive up past tree-framed lake (boating possible) and stone outbuildings and the prospect of breakfasting on home-grown ingredients.
