A Breton ‘longere’ where light pours in through French windows and there are sweeping views from the outdoor deck of the summerhouse – a great place for a sundowner. You’re surrounded by the Liscuis moorland and wildlife lovers will spot deer and rare birds like hen harriers in the summer. You breakfast in the stone built summerhouse which is all yours; on chilly mornings Julie lights the wood-burner to keep you cosy while you enjoy the lovely views and candlelit evening meals are prepared by Jez. If you prefer to look after yourselves there’s a barbecue and good local markets for stocking up. The village is near for exploring, Lake Guerlédan is wonderful to walk around and the Abbey de Bon Repos is nearby. This is a tranquil place to unwind.
