Down a farm track, a treasure: your own thatch-and-flint octagonal dairy house perfectly restored by local craftsmen and as snug as can be. You get a jacuzzi bath, a little kitchen and a fridge stocked with delicious bacon and ground coffee so you can breakfast when you want; take it to the sun terrace in good weather. The sitting room is terracotta-tiled and has a music system, a warming fire and a sofabed for those who don’t want to tackle the steep wooden stair to the cosy bedroom on the mezzanine. You can play a game of tennis, and walk from the door into peaceful parkland and woods. Lovely!

Lovely little hideaway. Such a gem, spent Christmas here with friend. Quite magical with its own Christmas tree inside and a whole plantation outside. Debbie made us really welcome and wr could not have wished for more.

Jacqui, Uk

Absolutely fantastic! This place is a little gem and at a great price too. The hosts are welcoming and friendly and provide lovely produce to make a tasty cooked breakfast. Lovely walks and pubs near by. A wonderful & unique place to stay, we were sad to leave!
