Rebecca is a dab hand at soft furnishings and creating delicious things. Step in to a home full of pretty fabrics and flowers. All is homemade from the welcoming cake to the granola, potato farls and home-grown roasted tomatoes on brioche; honey, bacon and eggs are sourced from local suppliers, hand-knitted tea cosies and hand-embroidered tablecloths add a thoughtful touch. Immaculate, comfortable bedrooms have all sorts of extra goodies. It’s paradise for bird-watchers, you can take a boat trip to spot seals, and it’s a short walk to the beach. Norfolk Lavender is minutes away too โ€“ buy some pots to take home. Lovely!

What a lovely guesthouse found through Sawdays. Our hosts Rob and Rebecca made us feel very welcome with tea, cake and a friendly chat on arrival. Beautifully appointed bedrooms and lounge area. A quiet village with short walk to a lovely beach. Their information on places to eat and attractions spot on. Thank you both.

Rebecca and Rob were perfect hosts with a warm welcome on arrival. Our room, that overlooked the duck pond, was spotless, well appointed with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! The attention to detail when making guests comfortable was second to none and for women of a certain age the magnifying mirror is an all important little extra that is so thoughtful! Beautiful breakfasts set us up for the day before exploring the North Norfolk area. We will definitely return to Heacham House.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heacham House. The hosts were welcoming and friendly giving us good advice on local restaurants and sightseeing. Their house is most comfortable. The bedroom we were in looked out onto a pond full of ducks and was tastefully decorated with all we needed. Excellent modern shower. We had access to a lovely sitting-room with a fire and a dining-room with a fridge. Breakfast was excellent with a vast choice of food: fresh fruit salad, yogurts, full English breakfast etc... We would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

Everything at this B&B is provided at a very high standard, from the friendly welcome, to the well-appointed room and the excellent breakfast. It is full of nice touches. The room was comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, a comfortable firm yet soft bed and a a modern powerful shower. The location is very peaceful, set opposite the village pond complete with a large team of ducks taking a close interest in comings and goings. Otherwise little traffic outside. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of options of fresh local food. The hosts were very friendly.

Outstanding B&B Gorgeous location opposite a river Very comfortable rooms Delicious breakfasts Hosts very welcoming and really look after you Highly recommended

My wife and I had a wonderful 2 nights stay at Heacham House. Rebecca and Rob were fantastic hosts, extreamly attentive and helpful. Our room was very comfortable indeed, with attention to detail evident in every regard. Breakfast was superb, setting us up for a long day of walking around the various stately homes, gardens and other attractions in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Rebecca and Rob, we had a great time and only wish we could have stayed longer !!

Warm and generous hosts, spotlessly clean house. Our room had everything we needed - plenty of storage, good selection of hot drinks, plus bottled water, comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast delicious with choices from a full English to breakfast muffin with compote and yogurt. Quiet position with easy parking.

This is an excellent bed and breakfast, the house is spotlessly clean and decorated and laid out to a very high standard. The bedroom and en-suite was perfect, the breakfast was first class and our hosts Rebecca & Rob were amazing. This is truly a perfect place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

This was our second visit to Heacham House. Becky and Rob are the perfect hosts offering wonderful service where literally nothing is too much trouble to ensure a fabulous stay. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We particularly love the Ivory Room which has big bay windows overlooking the Duck pond. The full English breakfast is to die for!! Heacham House offers every luxury you would find in the best five star hotels and more. When visiting North Norfolk again we will definitely be staying with Becky and Rob.

We had a lovely, much needed winter break. From the minute we arrived to tea and cake we felt at home. Rebecca and Rob were wonderful hosts and had thought of everything from fresh Spring flowers in our room to a welcome evening log fire. Before our daily walks we were treated to scrumptious breakfasts, my pancakes on the last day were perfect, light and fluffy. I would recommend to couples old and young.

The Bradley's are a warm, friendly couple and very informative on places to go and things to see. The selection of breakfast was very good and flavours delivered were to die for Each room you peeked into left you amazed at the thought and detail, then you noted that extra little touch that told you it had been put together with love and care. This is a B&B not to be missed and will certainly be visited again.
