Ten minutes from Burnham Market, yet here you are immersed in peaceful countryside. Tid is a pioneer of organic farming and the stunning 700 acres include a woodland snowdrop walk. Gina’s passions are music, dance and gardens and she organises open days and concerts for charity. Theirs is a large, elegant house with a fascinating hall mural chronicling their family life; bedrooms – one with a tiny en suite shower room – have big comfy beds and lovely views. Breakfasts are delicious with local sausages and bacon, homemade jams and raspberries from the garden. Birdwatching, cycling and walking are all around.

We had a lovely stay at Bagthorpe Hall and were made to feel very welcome. The house and especially the gardens were beautiful and attention to detail in the house was excellent. It was quiet and peaceful and continental breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit just perfect for us. There is plenty to see in the area and places to eat. We would highly recommend a stay here.
