We are delighted to have stayed with Heather and Billy. They welcomed us into their lovely home with tea and cake and were entirely relaxed about our dog charging around their beautiful garden when he was first released from the car. They made recommendations as to where to walk and to eat - all of which were entirely successful - Heather even lent us a torch to make our way home from the pub!

Broadcroft is a special place run by a special couple. It was 5* hospitality and 5* accomodation with a warm relaxing ambience. As Arnie would say "We'll be back!"

A lovely, restful place. Charming and interesting hosts. Beautiful garden to wander around - all within easy reach of the quaint town of Lymington. Definitely recommended

We had a wonderful stay. Heather and Billie are quite delightful and, on arrival, gave us a wonderful tea, drop scones and cake. Very comfortable and a breakfast to die for. We were down to wave our daughter and husband off on their newly aquired boat to cruise the world and they were very touched by Heather and Billie's interest and kind gift of a Song Book. Their hospitality was way beyond excellent.

What a delightful place Broadcroft is! Perfect location for exploring the New Forest – we forgot the car and wandered into Lymington and walked the Solent Way – really enjoyed the nearby marshland where there's plenty of good bird watching to be done. Our charming hostess Heather thought of everything – even laying on a fly past by the Red Arrows at no extra cost! We had a lovely comfortable room and bed, great food and a delightful garden to enjoy - such a rare find that made for a highly enjoyable and all too brief 3 nights - a special place to kick back.

We had such a lovely stay.. every single detail was perfect.. Heather and Billy are delightful. We shall definately be back. Thank you so much. Deborah , Wolfgang and DJ the dog

What absolutely charming hosts Heather and Billy are. A lovely couple full of character and interest. Their home is an electic mix of family history & memories, world travels, colour and happiness. They welcomed us and our 2 dogs into their home and nothing was too much trouble. You are made to feel part of the family and I cannot rate them highly enough. Broadcroft is also perfectly located to walk into town, to the harbour and to experience the vast choice of areas of interest. I highly recommend you pay Broadcroft a visit.

Heather & Billy made us feel welcome from the minute we walked through their front door. Throughout the accommodation it was spotless, very homely and relaxing environment, the gardens were beautiful and enjoyed a games of swing ball although I lost! The breakfast was very nice with a great choice, nothing was too much trouble. They made sure we had maps and were aware of what was going on the the area. Hope I have as much energy and enthusiasm as Heather when I get to her age, what a lovely lady, the world would such a different place if there were a few more people like her about.

We were made so welcome by the owners Heather and Billy from the moment we arrived and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for either of them. Lovely house, very comfortable - My wife and I slept like logs! It's a great location within walking distance of some excellent restaurants and pubs and for those who shop a lovely high street. Certainly worth a stay!

Broadcroft is a very comfortable house, well located for Lymington High Street and the coast. We were made so very welcome by Heather and Billy, a very charming and hospitable couple. Breakfast in the conservatory overlooking their delightful garden was a real pleasure. Just what we expect from the Sawday's guide - excellent.

Heather & Billy are such a lovely couple who can't do enough to make you feel at home. You are treated like family & encouraged to treat the house and garden as your own & what a garden! We can't recommend a stay at Broadcroft highly enough, from the welcome/facilities/breakfasts it was all perfect.

The perfect B&B for a stay in Lymington! Heather and Billy are charming hosts making guests feel more than welcome in their home where nothing is too much trouble. Tea and cake on arrival, charming bedrooms with fresh flowers, a tour of their beautiful garden and breakfast freshly cooked by Heather I look forward to visiting again soon

We spent 4 nights at Broadcroft and we were totally enchanted by Heather and Billy and their beautiful home and garden! We took our Chihuahua Tiny with us and it was like a piece of heaven for him in that gorgeous garden which is kept so well and has something for everyone, children, adults and dogs. Our room and bathroom had everything you could possibly need and more. We were thoroughly looked after and made to feel totally welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic - everything you could wish for was available and Heather cooks a lovely full English breakfast to your liking.

What a lovely break; Heather and Billy went out of their way to help us get the most out of the New Forest, lending us all sorts, from an OS map to their spacious living room and garden so that we might enjoy our evening while our toddler slept. As a couple with a toddler, we were tied to our accommodation in the evenings (we know the horror of sitting mute in a darkened room for fear of waking the baby!), but a place to have takeaway fish and chips with a glass of wine together makes all the difference. The big smile on our little boy's face every time Heather greeted him says it all.

From the cake and tea on arrival in the splendid guests' sitting room, until the Billy was called in from the garden to say 'goodbye' as we left, we could not have asked for more consideration and care than was provided by Heather and Billy. Care was needed at breakfast lest we ate too much; everywhere there were signs that every effort had been made to to ensure that we would never find something lacking - and all against the background of being treated like old friends visiting, rather than paying guests.

We spent 3 night at Broadcroft B&B with out 2year old son. Heather and Billy were lovely with us and especially with our son. Upon arrival toys were out and the little one connected immediatelly with Heather & Billy who showed a lot of patience. The bedrooms are very nice with lots of attention to detail and are very private, so it seems like staying in a seperate part of the house. The breakfast, that leaves nothing to be desired, is served in the conservatory overlooking a beautiful large garden that can be used aswell. We loved our stay with Heather and Billy - will try to stay again

We enjoyed a wonderful break over Easter with Heather and Billy who could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Their house and garden is a delight and we spent a very relaxing time staying with them. The location of their home is perfect for exploring the area, and you can very easily walk into Lymington where there are plenty of shops and eateries. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Anita, Cotswolds

Heather and Billy are the most wonderful hosts; from the moment we set foot through the door to the moment we left, nothing was too much. Always on hand for great advice and tips. The house itself is a real home, a very happy home, perfectly located in Lymington for easy access to the New Forest and the buzz of the town. The garden is just glorious. The breakfast was perfectly cooked by Heather. My mother and I slept so well knowing that we were being so well looked after. We're hoping to go back!

Viv, London

Heather and Billy are inspirational people. They think of every comfort and convenience for their guests. The house and garden are simply beautiful--it is a place to relax and unwind. Once you have stayed here you will want to return!
