The
Experience

Step back 50 years, to a solid 19th-century farmhouse high on the escarpment, and views falling away to the west; on a clear day you can see Hay Bluff. A brilliant spot for North Cotswolds’ exploration, it is run by charming and gently self-deprecating David – farmer of cereals and sheep, keen walker, good shot. The exploits of his family decorate the walls (racing at Brooklands, hunting in Africa), there’s a floral three-piece to sink into, a terrace with outstanding views, and a great pub you can stride to across fields. Bedrooms and bathrooms are old-fashioned, spacious, comfortable and spotless.

Reviews

Our stay at North Farmcote B&B was wonderful. The house was beautiful, and our room was pretty and clean. Our host, David Eyres was extremely welcoming and his breakfast was delicious. The view from the windows and grounds is breathtaking. The sound of the sheep on the farm made a soft backdrop to our stay. It was located on some amazing hiking trails. Our stay at North Farmcote B&B exceeded our expectations in every way.

Stayed for a weekend with 3 of us and 2 dogs and it was a fantastic experience, would thoroughly recommend it. Magical B&B in an awe-inspiring location, beautiful and spacious rooms and an incredibly welcoming, helpful host. Even the dogs were made to feel at home. It truly is a special place to stay and it would be a challenge for any B&B to surpass it.
